How to I create rules to filter spam emails in Microsoft Outlook?
We recommend that you create a new folder called "spam" and a folder called "100% spam". You will then need to create two rules in Outlook which will filter emails into the relevant folders based on their spam score.
When creating these two rules it is important to put them in order with the 100% rule first.
This rule will filter all emails which our spam filters have marked with a score of 8 or more into the 100% spam folder.
Apply this rule after the message arrives
with X-Spam-Level: ******** in the message header
move it to the 100% Spam folder
and stop processing more rules.
NB instead of filtering to the 100% Spam folder you could instead filter straight to the Deleted Items folder.
This rule will filter all emails which our spam filters have marked with [spam] in the subject line to the Spam folder.

with [spam] in the subject
