What is your billing process for transfer and storage?

We bill you for storage at the end of the month from the point at which they increased their storage, then monthly for the new storage thereafter.

Transfer is a fair usage system - if someone is using a lot more than 1GB per month we will discuss with you and make the charge going forwards from the point at which the over usage started.
