Does Zimbra support Apple Mac OS X?

Yes it supports 10.4 and 10.5.
Full iSync synchronisation is possible using the Zimbra Apple Desktop connector and iMail.
CalDav support is also available which allows you to sync your iCal directly with your Zimbra mailbox.
